With more than twenty years of experience across hotel operations, revenue management, distribution strategy and commercial leadership, Naveen has worked across international hotel brands, specialist consultancies and independent accommodation operators throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Throughout his career, he has held operational, regional and corporate commercial responsibilities supporting accommodation businesses across city, regional and leisure markets, developing strategies that improve pricing performance, strengthen distribution efficiency and maximise long-term profitability.
This breadth of experience provides a practical understanding of the challenges accommodation operators face balancing occupancy, channel costs, guest acquisition and sustainable profitability.
Today, through Inuwara, he works closely with owners and operators to align revenue management, distribution, systems and guest acquisition into a single commercial strategy designed to deliver measurable results and long-term growth.
